2 Brains & the Challenges

Where there is a will there is away! The myth was to do something where we could change the world around us to a better world. The challenges were uncountable but we have faced all with a smile.

2007

Identity? Capability? Money?

It was too early to dream a peaceful life as the battle was just started. The wholeworld was running like rockets and we were the sloths. No Organized digital assets, no client relations, no skillful resources. Only a thought process and vision. It was a fight of bread and butter vs our dreams.

Mind Mantra: Never stop dreaming even if you are starving.

2008

Planning

One computer, 2 brains, no infrastructure but a lot of well wishers and blessings. We were desperately working to fill all the loop wholes to make our mission presentable. It was the most vital year of our journey. We have started making our network for backend resources and client networks.

Mind Mantra: No work is big or small if you are passionate about it.

2009

Enhancement & Relational Bonding.

The year was all about creating a solid backend as by this time we were having enough experience on where to make a difference if you want to lead this materialistic world. So we have started adding talents in our mission.

Mind Mantra: Team is everything or it's nothing.

2010

Switching Theory

We believe that mad people can think best. So we have switched our thought process from traditional service styles to strong acquisltion models and considered ourself mad as it was impossible. We were juggling so many important pillars at a time without being afraid of anything and without any disaster recovery plans. It was risky but it was fun.

Mind Mantra: Impossible is the word to be found in the dictionary of fools.

2011

The Global Exposure

After a continuous flow of proven portfolio we have got the big opportunities. Through referrals we have got assignments from Microsoft, Apple, Intuit, Mozilla, Tony Robbins, Michael Jordan, Brian Mcknight and many more big shots and we have successfully covered the prestigious path with proven track records.

2012

The Critical Path From Services to Products

Now by this time we were having the best backend (our believe) and considerable global relations but we were stuck in terms of growth and expansions. We were desperately looking for some mentorship/ path finder to show us the next path to future. The search was on and side by side we have started developing our own products based on the small research cell we were having at that time.

2013

The Dark Year

We were searching for the next leap while were working as a traditional agency but was not getting any exit points from the monotonous work environments and internally honestly was nervous about the dream, about the team responsibilities and about the future. At that time we were a team of 25 people so it was no more a joke.

Mind Mantra: Enjoy the pain for future gain.

2014

The Perfect Match

An international design contest, A visionary behind the contest, A creative out of the box design concept, and the golden era started. A much waited exposure through a global path with best combination of east and west. We met Mr. Matt Cook and Mr. Grant Anderson. From day one we felt like it is not that traditional business relation but a blend of extraordinary impactful thinking and skillful execution.

Mind Mantra: Time is the hero and we all are followers.

2015

The Expansion & Growth.

We have expanded like hell in every respect from skills to infrastructure, from resources to technologies. It was the crucial time to distribute responsibilities through creating the most unique organizational culture and we were blessed that our full team was cooperated a lot to reach all the planned milestones. It was the time to create more leaders, being a leader.

2016

Tech & Social Impacts.

Now as we were stable and all were smooth sailing, we have started activities to create an impact socially, economically and technically. We have discussed a lot and came to a conclusion of creating a Y combinator hub called Bengali Valley. The purpose was to create tech awareness, job opportunities, independent entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, woman empowerment and many more. We wanted to create a scenario where people could earn their life.

Mind Mantra: The oath to switch from human being to being human.

2017

Advancement

The team was perfectly distributed and was genuinely accountable for the respective jobs and this was the time to create a system where we can filter the extra talents and assign them for VIP alliances so the typical agency kind or services and innovative business alliances can work side by side as we were the strong believer of three main pillars of CRM - acquisition + enhancement + retention.

2018

The Gobal Expansion Model

Matt has shared the most unique way of serving the globe technically. The Product Vessel Model. The idea of expansion and growth to the promising product based commerce and its digital exposure with realistic growth curves and complex calculations. We all were down to that plan instantly and started nailing it. It worked like magic and the outcome is enormous.

Curse or blessings?

Despite the dark year that was marked by the global disaster of the COVID-19 pandemic, we persevered, stayed organized, and strengthened our team's bond. During this challenging time, the demand for digital products and solutions surged, and we managed to maintain upward growth as we continued to pursue our mission.

2021

We think differently.

The pandemic persisted, and so did our courage to fight. While many companies were letting go of employees, we were busy adding more teammates. We believed that, as humans, it was our moral responsibility to support one another during challenging times. Together, we emerged victorious.

The key of B2B service sharing.

This was the time when we adopted a collaborative approach with an innovative B2B sharing plan. We began working alongside companies in the same industry, helping each other meet various needs and ultimately enhancing the ROI model for everyone involved.

A much waited growth path

2023 is a transformative year, as the world embraces artificial intelligence, Chat GPT, and numerous other groundbreaking technologies and innovations. Our quest to unearth the best among them is ongoing.
