Prices quoted are inclusive of freight, duty and delivery charges. VAT is either inclusive in the original price or otherwise stipulated.

If we are unable to offer free delivery you will be advised at the time of confirmation of your order. Any additional costs will be negotiated separately.

Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturers as soon as possible after confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.

The majority of our products are imported directly from China and unless specifically stated or individually arranged delivery times will be approximately 6 weeks from confirmation of order.

Delivery / Dispatch times will vary upon the type of product being purchased. Customers will be advised of an anticipated date of dispatch / delivery prior to confirmation of the order.

Goods purchased by Cheque, Credit / Debit cards or postal order will be dispatched only once funds have cleared. Unfortunately we can not dispatch to PO Boxes.

Chinawebsales will use a variety of couriers who will deliver the goods directly to the customer. Customers will be advised in advance of any specific delivery arrangements.

Delivery is not at any set time but will usually be made between 8.30am - 5.30pm. If you are not able to receive your order, or sign for it then you may negotiate separately with the courier / freight company for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us for reasons such as incorrect address then the customer is required to pay any additional storage / re-delivery costs incurred. Additional costs must be paid prior to final delivery.

Cancellations
Almost all products are ordered specifically to each customer requirements directly from China and as such can not be cancelled once it has been processed.

If you have placed an order with us but would like to cancel then please contact us immediately.

Where a cancellation is agreed please allow 2 - 3 business days for your credit / debit card to be refunded. The customer is responsible for any additional charges caused by a cancellation.

Orders must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Please refer to our returns policy.

Warranty and Returns
We have an extensive range of products. The length and specific terms of a guarantee will be detailed on sales promotional material relating to individual products.

If your order is defective and within warranty you may contact our customer services team to obtain further instructions. If parts are needed, we will promptly despatch replacement parts free of charge.

Do not return an order without contacting us first, each return requires an authorisation number. If you would like to return your order please contact us ( returns@chinawebsales.com)

The customer is responsible for delivery charges on returned orders. We advise if you use your own courier that you ensure you are covered against loss and damage.

Lost / Damaged items in transit
Before signing for your order, you must check the packaging / boxes are not damaged. If the packaging is damaged then you must clause the consignment by signing as DAMAGED. You must show on the document the specific nature of any damage claimed Failure to do so may void any claim for damage.
